From our project, Prof. Takashi Yamamoto at Osaka University, Dr. Tsuyoshi Kodama at Hamamatsu Photonics, K. K., and Dr. Shigehito Miki at National Institute of Information and Communications Technology attended the G7 Science and Technology Ministers’ Meeting held in Sendai city in Japan on May 12th, 2023. They exhibited the first domestically produced superconducting nanowire single-photon detector system currently developed in our project, which enables the world-class capacity of 32 detection channels.
